Marc Jacobs

Created for Marc Jacobs, this project brought together 26 artists for 26 live performances, ultimately composed into a single track by Dave Harrington. I served as Creative Producer, overseeing a highly complex process that required aligning creative vision, logistics, and legal frameworks across dozens of contributors. Designing systems that could hold that level of complexity while maintaining coherence directly informs my advisory work today.
